DealHawkHQ is an automated deal scanning platform that searches eBay listings on your behalf based on criteria you configure. We provide tools for identifying potentially profitable resale opportunities. We do not guarantee the accuracy, availability, or profitability of any listing data.
You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when registering.
DealHawkHQ offers two free account tiers — Scout and Hawk — each with different feature limits. Tier limits are subject to change with reasonable notice. Contact us at contact@dealhawkhq.com for details.
All registered users have full access to DealHawkHQ features according to their tier. There are no payment requirements, trials, or feature locks. Scout and Hawk tiers differ in scan frequency, profile limits, and API key requirements.

The Service uses the eBay API to retrieve publicly available listing data. By using the Service, you acknowledge that eBay data is subject to eBay's own terms of service. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by eBay. You are responsible for ensuring your use of scan results complies with applicable laws and eBay policies.
DealHawkHQ participates in the eBay Partner Network (EPN), an affiliate programme operated by eBay. This means that when you click on an eBay listing link provided by our Service and subsequently make a purchase on eBay, we may earn a small commission at no additional cost to you. The price you pay on eBay is not affected in any way by our participation in this programme.
Our affiliate relationship with eBay does not influence which listings are shown to you — results are based solely on the scan criteria and pricing filters you configure. We are committed to transparency and this disclosure is made in accordance with the UK Advertising Standards Authority (ASA) guidelines and the Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that scan results will be accurate or profitable. Any reliance on data provided by the Service is at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DealHawkHQ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of profits or data.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for breach of these Terms, misuse of the Service, or for any other reason at our discretion. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify you of material changes by email.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
